New Paradigm Consulting has been assisting the Mount Charles Group in maintaining compliance against the requirements of ISO 9001 : 2008 & ISO 14001 : 2004 for a number of years. September 2014 saw the organisation go through their 3rd re-certification audit and needless to say they passed with flying colours and recorded zero non-conformances.
Given the Mount Charles Group is audited on a 6 monthly cycle, New Paradigm Consulting has assisted the company on no fewer than 11 external audits, with a positive result every time.
