New Paradigm Consulting was contracted in late 2013 to help Ulster Shredders achieve certification to ISO 9001. Following on from this project, Ulster Shredders were awarded ISO 9001 certification in June 2014. One year on and with continued support from New Paradigm Consulting, Ulster Shredders passed their first surveillance audit.
